Data deletion
How to remove Push Visibility's access to your accounts, and how to have your data deleted.
Delete your Push Visibility account and data
Email hello@push-visibility.com from your account's email address, with "Delete my data" in the subject line. We confirm your request and complete the deletion within one month. We delete your account, your connections and the content we hold for you. We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices for 6 years, and, if you asked us never to contact you again, a coded (hashed) note of your address.
Facebook and Instagram
- On Facebook, go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Push Visibility and choose Remove. To also ask for your data to be deleted, choose the option to delete information shared with the app.
Meta tells us straight away. We then delete your Facebook and Instagram connection and the media we hold from it, and Meta shows you a confirmation code. You can check the request's status at push-visibility.com/deletion, using the link Meta gives you.
TikTok
- In the TikTok app, go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (the menu names may vary slightly between app versions).
- Choose Push Visibility and Remove access.
TikTok tells us, and we delete your TikTok connection at once.
- Go to myaccount.google.com/connections (Third-party apps and services).
- Choose Push Visibility and Delete all connections.
We stop all access at once and delete your Google connection. Content from Google Business Profile is never kept for more than 30 days.
